I went to Pole Étudiant tonight. Jean-Mathias came as well, but I ended up leaving early. My head is pounding and my stomach hurts. I think I’m coming down with something. Jean-Mathias brought me home so I wouldn’t have to deal with the buses and the waiting, which I really appreciated. He gave me his phone number and told me to call him if I couldn’t come in to work tomorrow and needed him to do anything with any of my experiments. I hope I’ll feel better in the morning, but if I don’t, it’ll be a load off my mind not to worry about the gel I set to run overnight right before I left today. I won’t ask Jean-Mathias to analyze the data for me. If he’ll stop it running and put it in the fridge, I can deal with it when I come back. Assuming I don’t feel well enough to go to work tomorrow.

I don’t want to be sick. I hate being sick.
